STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Your appointments are very important to the Pauline’s Beauty & Day Spa, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Pauline’s Beauty & Day Spa operate a complimentary text reminder service for future appointments to the mobile number you provide us with. On occasion our reminder text messages may not reach you. Please be aware you must also make record of all future appointments booked.
24 hours’ notice by phone only (as we nd that social media is not a reliable form of communication) is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please do not reply to SMS text messages as these cannot be received. Please be aware that failure to cancel your pre booked appointment will result in deduction of that treatment from your pre-paid course or your deposit will be forfeited.
Policies and Procedures
A €50 deposit will apply when booking all facials and body treatments and consultations. After the consultation the €50 deposit may be redeemed against treatments or products. When booking a treatment in advance: a €50 deposit is required. Deposit payments are accepted over the phone or by calling into one of our clinics.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, lling out medical history forms and getting started
Late Arrival Policy
In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment.THE REGULAR SERVICE PRICE WILL APPLY
Gift vouchers must be presented at time of treatment. They are non refundable and valid for 12 months only.
