Clinic Cancellation Policy & Terms

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Your appointments are very important to the Pauline's Skin & Laser Clinic, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Pauline's Skin & Laser Clinic operate a complimentary text reminder service for future appointments to the mobile number you provide us with. On occasion our reminder text messages may not reach you. Please be aware you must also make record of all future appointments booked.

24 hours' notice by phone only (as we find that social media is not a reliable form of communication) is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please do not reply to SMS text messages as these cannot be received. Please be aware that failure to cancel your pre booked appointment, course of laser or Image peels will result in deduction of that treatment from your pre-paid course or your deposit will be forfeited.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

A deposit will apply when on all treatments over 15 minutes

Deposit payments are accepted over the phone or by calling into one of our clinics.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, filling out medical history forms and getting started.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. THE REGULAR SERVICE PRICE WILL APPLY.

LASER, WAXING AND SKINCARE POLICY

If your arrive with tan (fake or real) or any sun exposure for Laser, waxing or facial treatments, (this is a contraindication to your treatment and was explained to you in your consult) therefore you will be charged or deducted a session of your course. We ask you not to attend and please ring with 24 hours notice so we can fill the appointment time.

Let us know if you have changes to medication between treatments or if you have been on antibiotics within 6 weeks of your treatment (you must be off antibiotics more than 4-6 weeks before you can have your treatment resume) Please inform your therapist by phone 0579321915 before your next treatment

Appointments must be cancelled with 24 hours’ notice or you will incur the cost of the treatment or a session of your course Cold sores are a contraindication to your laser treatment please cancel your appointment with 24 hrs notice.

If you arrive with an active cold sore or eye infections for a facial laser, facial, eye beauty treatments, you will incur the cost of the treatment or a session of your course as we will not treat you. Call the salon on 0579321915

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers must be presented at time of treatment. Vouchers are non refundable and non transferrable. Vouchers are valid for 5 years from date of purchase. Digital Gift Cards never expire.
